Main Challenge

The primary challenge was reducing the time and cost associated with helping potential tenants figure out if they fit, and how, in a given space.

Solution

By implementing qbiq, AmTrustRE was able to generate complete ‘future-fit’ packages in as little as 24 hours. Each package includes three unique test fits, rendered virtual tours, rendered  images, and a comparison of the optional layouts. This is significantly faster and more comprehensive than the traditional 4-7 day turn- around with an architect for a single space plan. The platform allowed AmTrustRE’s team to quickly assess the feasibility of a tenant’s requirements, provide clarity and make informed leasing decisions.

“Normally we pay an architect ¢.15/ sq ft for space plans but with qbiq we pay the same amount for unlimited space plans so we donʼt hesitate to create test fits for potential tenants.” Max Mastrangelo, Assistant Project Manager, AmTrustRE

Impact

- Faster Decision-Making: AmTrustRE was able to present multiple layouts, with high-res visualizations to tenants in hours, significantly reducing back-and-forth discussions and waiting periods.

- Cost Savings: Within the first four months, AmTrustRE reached a cost break-even point with qbiq, making the rest of their subscription period a direct cost savings compared to traditional services. With qbiq’s unlimited plan there is no hesitancy to create numerous space plans.

- Improved Leasing Efficiency: By identifying unqualified tenants faster, AmTrustRE saved time that would have otherwise been spent on lengthy planning processes for deals that wouldn’t materialize. With qbiq, AmTrustRE boosted their efficiency by 60%.

“qbiq has fundamentally changed how we showcase vacancies to potential tenants. Instead of waiting a week for an architect, we now get a complete future-fit package in a day. This not only saves us money but also helps us make faster, more informed leasing decisions. Plus it reduces time wasted determining feasibility of space for a tenant that may or may not even work for their programming” - Jonathan Bennett, CEO, AmTrustRE
